Preston is originally from Tacoma. He attended Mount Tahoma High School, North Seattle Community College, and the University of Washington, Seattle.

Preston is a licensed clinical social worker at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. He 
used to be a case manager at the downtown emergency service center in Seattle. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army.

Preston Anderson's campaign for city council is his first entry into politics.

Intends to repair and maintain roads and bridges due to their essential nature in regards to the Seattle transportation system.

Wants to upgrade Seattle's electrical grid to better accommodate electric transportation.

Preston Anderson

Preston Anderson graduated from Mount Tahoma High School, then joined the Army as a medic and served for 4 years. He then went to North Seattle Community College, and later University of Washington Seattle. He went on to serve a second term in the Army for 20 months. Preston was born and raised in Tacoma.

Preston Anderson is currently a licensed clinical social worker at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. He previously worked at the Downton emergency Service Center in Seattle as a case manager, and has experience working in homeless programs, with rehabilitation for substance use disorders, and with progressive non-profits regarding voter education and challenging voter suppression.

Preston Anderson's campaign for city council member is his first entry into politics.
