Jeff went to Hart County High School and studied at the University of Georgia. He is a guitar player for a Worship Band at the Hartwell First Methodist Church. 

Jeff has experience as an Associate with the Barrow County Board of Commissioners. He previously owned the Boat House Grill Hartwell Marina and served as an Agent at Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance.

Joey Dorsey Commissioner, District 5

Joey attended Hart County High School. He received an Associate of Arts in Pre-Pharmacy and Business Administration from Emmanuel College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Anderson College. Joey is a husband and father.

Joey is the president and chief executive officer of Modern Tire and All Terrain Inc. He is also the vice president of operations for Great Walton Railroad Co. Inc.

Joey Dorsey is currently Hart County Commissioner for District 5. He was elected in 2000 and has served six terms.
