Jonathan Chavez was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Science from the University of New Mexico, a Master of Arts in Management from Harvard University, and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare administration from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he lives in Conyers, GA with his wife and three kids. He has been affiliated with Gun Owners of America and Georgia Right to Life. 

Jonathan owns College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving in Conyers, GA. He is also Director of Clinical Operations at Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians. He previously worked as a Practice Director for Radiology Partners, a Lead CT technologist for VA Boston Healthcare System, and a Radiologic Technologist at Boston Medical Center. Chavez was a Radiology Manager / Disaster Preparedness Manager for the U.S. Air Force from 1990 to 2013. He served in the United States Air Force medical field for over 23 years including tours in Iraq.

Johsie was born and raised in Venezuela. She earned her bachelor's degree in sacred ministries from the Baptist Theology Seminary of Venezuela and two associate's degrees in business administration and medical administration from City College of Fort Lauderdale. Fletcher secured her residency and became a U.S. citizen in 2005. She previously served as the Liaison for the Latino Congregation at the Florida Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale.
