Shadi Mawari was born to immigrant parents and moved to Dearborn in 2007. He earned an associate degree in science from Henry Ford College, a bachelor’s degree in public health from Wayne State University, and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan. He lives in Dearborn.
