Bryan is originally from the Bronx, New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, and management from New York University and a law degree from Pace Law School.

Bryan currently works as a legal advocate. He previously worked for the New York City Council helping resolve housing and landlord-tenant issues and interned for Congressman Adriano Espaillat.
