Kyle Pasquarella earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2016 and a law degree from Regent University. He lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Kyle is the executive director of Virginians for Reconciliation, a nonpartisan nonprofit focused on bridging the racial and political divide in Virginia and the United States. He previously served in the U.S. Navy from 2016 to 2022. 

Kyle's campaign for Virginia House of Delegates, District 96 is his first entry into politics.
