- The council uses taxpayer money to create a budget that creates opportunities for the children, families, and the community it works with, including administrative costs, family learning, and early childhood learning.
- The council provides initiatives to meet the needs of students, including instructional coaching, providing preparation for kindergarten, and extended learning during the summer.
